Shipping & Local Pickup
Choose the delivery option that works for your build. Shipping and RGV local pickup options are shown during checkout when available for your order.
Shipping
Orders usually ship through UPS the next day or within 1–2 days after ordering. If a product page lists a longer production time, allow that time before dispatch. These are processing times, not delivery estimates.
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.
RGV local pickup
Local pickup is only for customers in the Rio Grande Valley area who can collect their order in Donna, Texas.
- Pickup location: 11614 Harmonia Drive, Donna, TX 78537
- Orders are usually ready in 2–4 days.
- Wait until BBS contacts you with a ready notification before arriving.
- Bring your order number when you pick up.
When choosing local pickup, you must confirm that you are local to the RGV area and agree to these pickup requirements before continuing to checkout.
When your pickup is ready
After you receive your ready-for-pickup notification, contact Jose to coordinate collection. Call or text 956-258-3665 or email Jose@bangboxspeakerz.com. Please have your order number ready.

Returns & order issues
Return requests are reviewed case by case. Contact BBS before sending an item back so we can discuss your order and the available options, including for custom parts.
Email Jose@bangboxspeakerz.com with your order number, the item and a short explanation. If an item arrived damaged or appears incorrect, include photos when contacting us.
